摘要：One of the most powerful ideas that inform the dominant tradition of social policy and public administration was the notion that social policy is concerned with producing social integration. The stability of the community in which people live has an important treatment of the perceptions of the future, and particularly the future implications of social policies. However, it is now very pronounced tendency in the field of social policy research that begins to undermine the credibility of statistics and social policy aspects of research-oriented social policies themselves. This paper aims to study some issues on the social policy change in the construction of human and social development.a
