摘要：The main reason of this research is to offering a new method for evaluating performance in production industries . Some Yazd wearing plants were selected as sample and the method based on BSC system and MADM technique was implemented in them. These 5 large plants were chosen in order to do this investigation after holding some consecutive meeting with managers and related experts. BSC system was introduced to them and all key performance indicators has been determined in every 4 aspects of BSC by interviewing and giving some questionnaires to all staffs and accordingly the comparative importance of each and every one was defined. Thereafter all useful data was gathered from all five plants. The plants senior management would benefit by knowing which indexes should be considered when evaluating performance in their plants.
