摘要：Project management of a modern company’s business activity development, as a system of project preparation of development strategy, project realization of development programs and project exploitation of project products is becoming a crucial factor in developing a company’s competitiveness in the recent turbulent environment. This assumes a project organization of the management system at strategic and operational level of responsibility and the development of a project, future-oriented system of gathering, processing and transferring information, instead of the existing information systems based on accurate measuring of historical events and results. A systematic project management in realizing balanced systems of individual projects’ objective goals, as the carriers of the realization of development program objectives, requires adequate informational content aimed at target integration and coordination of innovative management activities within the project development of business performance.
