摘要：In this paper a new method for human identification with web-camera video capture while making a signature is proposed. It permits measure of hand position and dynamics of the system “hand-pen”. A set of features for separate hand and pen description as well as for estimation of their mutual disposition at the time of signing is suggested. Verification rules assuming the writer-specific variation in the values of the measured parameters are presented. Preliminary experimental results confirm the applicability of this method.i
