摘要：A short description of the complex system of operational planning and decision making in complex organizational systems is provided together with the scheme for solving the problem. A detailed example of solving the planning problem in the system for discrete production case shows all the advantages for end user. The conclusions contain the system application areas and the economic effect of its implementation.
