摘要：This present paper analyzes the evolution of the USSR as well as that of Eastern and Central European countries, which were under Soviet influence, after the Yalta and Tehran agreements, between 1944 and 1960 (1962). What were the transformations that occurred in those states, why and how? What were the outcomes? What were the perspectives? These are essential questions which we intended to answer.
