摘要:This study addressed the eco-efficiency from the perspective of the theory of organizational competences. We sought to understand the competences that make up the support competence and develop eco-efficiency indicators to measure the degree of development of eco-efficiency in the organization studied. We conducted a case study with mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) in an automotive battery industry. Through desk research and interviews were identified nine support competences of eco-efficiency. So, was possible identify the degree of development of eco-efficiency competence. As a result it can be said that the organization has a satisfactory level of eco-efficiency. There is also the contribution of an instrument to measure the eco-efficiency, which can be applied in other organizations.
