摘要：With this research, we propose a model of medical information flow in the patient service process. The scope of this model is to improve the efficiency of the specified process. The subject of the discussion concerning improving the efficiency of patient service lies within the market-oriented mechanisms introduced to health care in Poland. The paper is principally of a conceptual type.
