摘要：The article discusses how Spanish society shows an increasing proportion of family organization with a dual-income model. The incorporation of women into the workforce or production, without abandoning the reproductive work, has led the welfare state to invest in reconciliation policies in order to make both spaces more dynamic and flexible. These work-life balance policies can create inequality in employment.
