Social Discourse could have as main topic the definition and analysis of all the available tools to be used in order to eliminate poverty in the world, and the level of control that authorities have over these tools. The following article analyses the contribution of traditional banking activities, ethic banking and microfinance companies to the achievement of economic and social development. Finally, we propose the professionalization of the before mentioned entities as key figures, in order to extent its activities and financial resources to the highest number of clients or beneficiaries in advantageous economic conditions.
