摘要：This work focus on the debate about research as a formative space of the citizen with possibilities to contribute for the emancipation, understood here, as an activity of the human being practice. The article is developed through three main angles of theoretical analysis. In the first part, it is debated the citizen formation, through which, the homonization process is comprehended. In the second part, epistemological questions are discussed, through some of the main trends of the Knowledge Theory and the notion of formation emerged from these theories. At the end, research concepts are discussed.
