摘要:In this article a part of resu Its of more comprehensive research entitled »Croatian working class and social justice« have been presented. There have been compared answers the workers with land property (peasant-workers) and those without it gave to questions how important do they consider and to what extent do they find realised »the highest constitutional order values of the Republic of Croatia« (article 3 of the Republic of Croatia Constitution), The resuIts show that both groups of workers gave similar answers, but at peasant-workers there is alittle »systern rnove« towards slightly weaker acceptance of constitutional values, as well as a slight »systern move« towards higher estimation of realisation of these values. In the article some possible explanations of the resu Its obtained have been suggested, but the author in the first place points out the need for further researches for which the key concepts like peasant-workers, dual income source and others, should be re-defined. Otherwise, according to gained resuIts, both peasant-workers and workers without land property are relatively most content with realisation of the following values: »equality of rights of the nations«, »peace-making« and »freedom«, and they are the least content with »respect of human rights«, »rule of justice« and »social justice«. Possible interpretation of these resu Its has also been offered in the article.
