摘要：The Reduction of the Degree of Afforestation as a Risk Factor in the Formation of Flows in the Drainage Basin of Superior Tisa. Superior Tisa represents a risk factor for the countries it flows through (Ukraine, Hungary, Romania), which can produce great human and material loss. In the last years (1998 – 2001) on the river propagated a series of very intense flows, with maximal levels, greater than the historical maximums and which created dangerous situations. One of the possible causes of the great flowing risk is the high potential factor which determines the dimension of the flowing coefficient is the degree of afforestation of the drainage basin. In this paper I tried to answer the question in what extent the risk of flowing is influenced by the dranging, in time and space, of the degree of afforestation. The opinion of a group of specialists is that these effects are not very important, but another group of specialists have the opinion that these processes are a very important risk factor. In order to establish the scientific truth new deep investigation, in international cooperation, is needed.
