摘要：One of Romania’s priorities for the fulfillment of the objectives generated by its accession to the European Union is to improve its business environment. As part of this objective we have presented the essential role of the economic and financial analysis that provides the necessary information for decision-making process. For the purpose of making an objective analysis, at the end of the paper we have also presented some of the limits of this resourceful and available instrument.
