摘要：The Pakistan Library Association Golden Jubilee International Conference on Emerging Paradigm of Librarianship: a Call for Innovation was held in November, 2007 at Aiwan-e- Iqbal, Lahore. It has been applauded by participants as an innovative development in the history of librarianship in Pakistan. It was a first-ever international conference in Pakistan with contributions from USA, UK, Singapore, Kuwait, India and Jammu & Kashmir. The event was as grand as it should be to commemorate the golden jubilee of PLA.
