摘要：This paper presents different problems that occur in connection with the Romanian Budget and accounting system. It presents the mission, the methodology, current challenges and solutions. Budgeting, accounting and reporting procedures should be adjusted with emphasis on compatibility between decentralization of tasks and sufficient funding and national monitoring.
