摘要：In order to identify the relationship between the microwave and the sterilization effect and apply microwave to sterilize in fungus production process, the microwave sterilization craft on the solid culture medium in fungus growth is studied, the results show that microwave not only can be used to sterilize the micro-organisms which is useless for fungus growth in the solid culture medium, but also has positive effect on fungus growth; and the sterilization process is featured with shorter time and higher efficiency compared with the traditional method.
