摘要：Knowledge can be implemented through Human Capital and is the key for Economic and Social development. This paper attempts to examine the role and the impact of “knowledge and humancapital”. Also, the paper attempts to investigate the way in which “knowledge” can be developed and disseminate and the particular effects on socio-economic effects on modernization, competitiveness and integration process.
