摘要：On a macroeconomic level, it is difficult to conceive the organization of a firm group without an informational system capable of ensuring quick access to information, and, implicitly, the acceleration of the production and decisional processes. Besides, the electronic communication between the distant subsidiaries of a group reduces the costs very much. The productivity may significantly increase in the case of the groups using informational technologies and advanced communication systems. This paper tries to present briefly some dimensions of the intranet and synergies between intranet and GDSS in firm groups.
