摘要：In this paper there are presented some ideas, both from literature, and from authors’ researches related to the necessity to build a research network for developing knowledge-based management information systems for SMEs in order to improve their efficiency. The dramatically changes that take place at the global level within all social and economical life lead to the necessity of a permanently improving in all the domains. To face with changes it is necessary to develop the interdisciplinary and intersectorial research activities for offering the best solutions to the problems which appear.
