摘要：Das Berichtsheft wird aus betrieblicher Sicht oftmals als Instrument der Qualitätssicherung für die berufliche Ausbildung gesehen, aber nur selten in dieser Richtung nachhaltig genutzt. Mit Hilfe der Web2.0-Technologie wird im Projekt expertAzubi das Berichtsheft als Online-Variante entwickelt. Das BerichtsheftOnline vereinfacht es, durch den interaktiven Charakter der neuen Medien, die klassische Nachweispflicht des Berichts über die Ausbildung mit Reflexionsfragen zu verknüpfen um dadurch nachhaltige Lernprozesse über die Ausbildung und die eigene Person zu initiiern. Die Reflexion bezieht sich im vorliegenden Ansatz auf die Beschreibung der durchgeführten Handlungen der Auszubildenden und orientiert sich dabei an den Reflexionskategorien Arbeitsprozess, Institution und Rolle der Auszubildenden. Im Reflexionsprozess sind die Ausbilder und die Lehrkräfte der Berufsschule im Sinne der Lernortkooperation als Auslöser und als Qualitätsverbesserungsinstanz eingebunden. Die Lernfortschritte des Reflexionsprozess können darüber hinaus seitens der Jugendlichen mit Hilfe eines Portfolios dokumentiert und genutzt werden. Der vorliegende Beitrag stellt die Rahmenbedingungen und Ziele des Projektes expertAzubi vor, um daran anschließend das zugrunde liegende Qualitätsverständnis und das Konzept zur Einbindung der Reflexion in den Prozess der Berichtsheftführung zur Qualitätsverbesserung zu erläutern. Dieses Konzept berücksichtigt einerseits schon vorliegende Ansätze der beteiligten Unternehmen und andererseits die zu untersuchenden Forschungsfragen und Projektziele.
其他摘要：From the perspective of the company, the training journal is often viewed as an instrument for quality assurance for vocational education and training, but it is only rarely used consistently in this way. With the help of Web2.0 technology the project expertAzubi develops the training journal in an online form. The online training journal simplifies, through the interactive character of the new media, the combination of the standard evidence requirements of the report with the training and reflection questions, in order to initiate sustainable learning processes regarding the training and the individual person. The reflection refers in the approach presented to the description of the actions carried out by the trainees and orients itself to the reflective categories of working process, institution and role of the trainees. The trainers and the teachers at the vocational school are involved in the reflection process in the sense of learning site co-operation as triggers and as an instance for improving quality. In addition the learning progress of the reflection process can be documented and used by the young people with the help of a portfolioThis paper presents the framework conditions and the aims of the project expertAzubi, in order, in a next step, to develop the underpinning understanding of quality and the concept for the inclusion of reflection in the process of keeping training journals for improving quality. This concept takes account, on the one hand, of the existing approaches of the participating companies and, on the other hand, of the research questions and project aims that will be investigated.
