摘要：This paper deals with the problems of efficient meeting chairing. Meetings are one of the main of the manager's activities. The main problem of every manager is how to prepare and chair meetings so that they should be simplier and more efficient. The manager who chair the meeting have very important role. It is important to prepare and chair the meeting in the best way and to bring the meeting to a conclusion accordingly.
