摘要：A continuación se presentan algunas consideraciones acerca de la importancia de la gestión local de riesgos y los beneficios que aporta la herramienta SIG para la ordenación territorial en el desarrollo sustentable de las comunidades. Esta investigación producto de una revisión documental, tiene una función informativa-reflexiva sobre esta temática de interés global. La metodología consiste en revisar el panorama general de la gestión de riesgos, la actualización de los términos y algunos ejemplos del uso de los SIG. A manera de conclusión se puede decir que: (a) es necesario consolidar una perspectiva intercultural, centrada en el reconocimiento de las especificidades comunitarias, de género y generación, para la gestión de riesgos y respuesta a desastres; (b) es recomendable incluir a los actores tanto comunales como institucionales; y (c) promover el acceso a las tecnologías apropiadas para la reducción y mitigación de los riesgos, como por ejemplo los SIG, que representan una rápida, económica y actualizable fuente de información.
其他摘要：In this article some considerations are presented about the importance of the local risks administration and the benefits that the GIS tool provides for the territorial ordination, concerning the sustainable development in the communities. This investigation is product of a documental background check and has an informative-reflexive function, on this topic of global interest. The methodology consisted in checking the overview of the risk management; the upgrade of the terms of administration and some examples of the use of the GIS is. From the article can be concluded that (a) it is necessary to consolidate an intercultural view of the cultural specificity in educational centers, communities, women and children in the programs of risk management; (b) it is advisable to have actors both communal and institutional; and (c) to promote the access to the appropriate technologies for the reduction and mitigation of the risks, for example the GIS that represent a quick, economic and actualizable source of information.
