摘要：Dicho trabajo, demuestra la ausencia de simetría en los indicadores relativos porcentuales actuales utilizados en los pronósticos, lo que origina una falta de equidad al momento de evaluar una gestión, generando una limitación estadística de la formulación cuando la variable aleatoria presenta un dominio limitado en los reales positivos. Se realizan demostraciones estadísticas, en donde los errores relativos presentan inconvenientes de simetría, y se evidencia la limitación matemática cuando existen especificaciones de variables aleatorias con disparidad de tiempo entre %u201Ct%u201D y %u201Ct 1%u201D. Este artículo presenta una extensión del artículo denominado: Limitaciones de los Errores Absolutos en los Pronósticos, publicado en las Memorias Arbitradas del I Congreso Peruano de Investigación de Operaciones y de Sistemas (COPIOS, 2009). Finalmente, se efectúa una propuesta del Nuevo Error Relativo Porcentual (NERP) (Ecuación 42), el cual corrige esta inestabilidad en la simetría y regresa la equidad y robustez al indicador de gestión para evaluar los pronósticos. El tipo de estudio manejado en este artículo corresponde a un estudio científico demostrativo de verificación empírica, utilizando la comprobación de los hechos para formular respuestas estadístico matemáticas del problema planteado.
其他摘要：This paper, mentioned work demonstrates the absence of symmetry in the relative percentage current indicators used in the forecasts, which originates a lack of equity to the moment to evaluate a management, generating a statistical limitation of the formulation when the random variable presents a domain limited in the royal positives. Statistical demonstrations are realized, where the relative errors present disadvantages of symmetry, and the mathematical limitation is demonstrated when there exist specifications of random variables with disparity of time between %u201Ct%u201D y %u201Ct 1%u201D. This article presents an extension of the article called: Limitations of the Absolute Mistakes in the Forecasts, published in the Memories Arbitrated of the Peruvian I Forum of Investigation of Operations and of Systems (COPIOS, 2009). Finally, there is effected a New Percentage Relative error (NERP) (Equation 42), who corrects this instability in the symmetry and returns the equity and hardiness to the indicator of management to evaluate the forecasts. The study handled in this article corresponds to a scientific demonstrative study of empirical check, used the checking of the facts to formulate answers statistically mathematics of the raised problem.
