摘要：A pesquisa tem como tema o conflito entre os índios Kaingang e os colonizadores, ocorrido em abril de 1923, na sede da Vila da Pitanga, atual cidade de Pitanga, Paraná. Pretende-se analisar as versões do conflito contidas nos seguintes textos: interrogatório dos índios detidos (documento datado de 1923, do Arquivo Histórico de Guarapuava); dois livros regionais: Abril Violento: a revolta dos índios Kaingangs (1999), de Manuel Borba de Camargo, e Lendário Caminho do Peabiru na Serra da Pitanga (2002), de Terezinha Aguiar Vaz; e também o jornal “O Pharol” (abril, 1923), que noticiou o conflito. O estudo da bibliografia geral e específica deste tema pretende construir um quadro de referências históricas para o estudo das fontes que permita problematizá-las.
其他摘要：The research has as a theme the conflict ocurred in april of 1923 in the center of Vila da Pitanga, actually Cidade de Pitanga, between the Kaingangs indians and the colonizers. Intending to analyse the versions of the conflict contained in these follows sources: the interrogation of the detained indians (document from the Arquivo Histórico de Guarapuava dated 1923); two regional books: Abril Violento: a revolta dos índios Kaingangs (1999) from Manuel Borba de Camargo and Lendário Caminho do Peabiru na Serra da Pitanga (2002); and also the newspaper “O Pharol” (april of 1923) that covered the conflict. The study of the general and specific bibliography from this theme intends to construct a plan of historical references to study of the sources.
