摘要：Neste trabalho, a partir dos parâmetros teórico-metodológicos do Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo (BROCKART, 2007; 2008), busquei investigar e interpretar o agir humano prescrito na Lei 11.340, também conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha. Linguisticamente, as leis seguem um modelo prescritivo com o propósito de estipular e relacionar um conjunto de regras predeterminadas e fixas, o que indica a concepção tradicional de uso da linguagem por parte dos responsáveis pela sua produção e evidencia características globais comuns ao gênero institucional. Devido à linguagem prescritiva, as sequências injuntivas são recorrentes em estruturas legislativas, em que o agente produtor tem por propósito induzir o destinatário a agir de um determinado modo. A relevância dessa lei diz respeito à explicitação de normas legitimadas que organizam e/ou estabilizam as relações entre homem e mulher, no que diz respeito à violência familiar e doméstica.
其他摘要：In this work, from the parameters theoretical-methodological of the Sociodiscursive Interactionism (BROCKART, 2007; 2008), I searched to investigate and to interpret prescribed human acting in Law 11.340, also known as Maria da Penha Law. Linguistically, the laws follow a prescriptive model with the intention to stipulate and to relate a set of predetermined and fixed rules, what it indicates the traditional conception of use of the language on the part of the responsible ones for its production and evidences common global characteristics to the institutional genre. Due to prescriptive language, the injunctive sequences are recurrent in legislative structures, where the producing agent has for intention to induce the addressee to act in one definitive way. The relevance of this law says respect to the explicitness of legitimated norms that organize and/or stabilize the relations between man and woman, in what it says respect to the familiar and domestic violence.
