摘要:Goal setting is one of the most researched and useful approaches to helping managers guide others’ behavior at work, and is highlighted in practically every introductory text on management and organizational behavior. In this paper, I present an easy, short, yet powerful exercise for introducing the goal setting concept to a class. The exercise itself takes about three minutes, but overall can take ten to forty (or more) minutes, depending on how one chooses to handle the debriefing.
