摘要：En este artículo se pretenden abordar los conceptos de Vigilancia Tecnológica (VT) e Inteligencia Competitiva (IC) con el fin de establecer la importancia que tienen estos para las compañías en la actualidad y el papel que desempeñan en este momento en el desarrollo económico de algunos países. Para ello se hizo una revisión de literatura usando fuentes de información secundarias, como bases de datos de donde se tomaron como referencia una serie de artículos y de algunos libros. Se analiza, también, la VT e IC desde el punto de vista de los ciclos y los beneficios que estos producen en la actualidad.
其他摘要：In this article there try to be approached the concepts of Technological Vigilance (VT) and Competitive Intelligence (IC) in order to establish the importance that these have for the companies at present and the paper that they recover at this moment in the economic development of some countries. For it a review of literature was done using secondary sources of information, as databases wherefrom there took as a reference a series of articles and of some books. The VT and IC is analyzed, also, from the point of view of the cycles and the benefits that these produce at present.
