摘要：Factor that has contributed to the convergence of the administrative areas is cooperation between the public servants of the Member States, as well as their regular cooperation with officials of the European Commission. This informal European cooperation in the field of public administration, which is manifested through the exchange of experiences, solutions and knowledge, leads to a kind of unification of traditionally different administrative systems. This cooperation springing common positions and about politics, about administrative principles and about legal solutions.
