摘要：In this paper, attention is directed towards one type of administrative litigation - dispute of full jurisdiction. It is a situation where the court in an administrative dispute not only decide on the issue of the legality of an administrative act, but its judgment immediately decide on the rights or obligations of certain entities in administrative matters. The paper analyzes the organization of administrative dispute of full jurisdiction under the new Law on Administrative Disputes, which entered into force on January 1, 2012th.
