摘要：When we rearrange the packet the most standard implementation of the TCP gives poor performance. In this paper loss of packets in TCP is detected using two diverse methods CPR (Constant Packet Re-arranging) and WCPR (Without Constant Packet Re-arranging). Constant packet rearranging does not depend or rely on the duplicate acknowledgement to detect the packet loss. Instead the timer is used to maintain how long packet is transmitted.
