摘要：All universities are unequivocal sources of knowledge that could eventually transform societies, governments and organizations. The knowledge must flow out from its source of origin to the world to become useful. By becoming part of the knowledge pool the contributing individuals and institutions achieve the ultimate goal of sharing ideas towards a better good. The limitations of ideas stagnated by individual choice or because of lack of avenues to get them out are detrimental to all of us. The individual choice of action is out of our mission but the lack of avenue is right on the intention of this new journal. Our main goal is to disseminate original contributions related to the Economic and Administrative Sciences in general. The production of any journal requires the allocation of considerable economic resources and efforts of many individuals. But the information technology available has made it possible to publish and on-line journal in an effective and efficient manner. The productive use of the technology allows rapid evaluations and publication of the contributions since everything is done using information technology at its best. Academic institutions in general work under the premise of doing more with less, and this is exactly what we have done to produce a quality peer reviewed bilingual journal.
