摘要:This case study deals with the implementation of Disruption Free Production (DFP), as part of continuous improvement efforts, at Frigidaire’s Greenville plant. In the past, DFP has been successful in increasing efficiency with little or no capital at the Anderson plant of Frigidaire. This case study can serve as a good vehicle for discussing the elements of DFP, the loss in failing to do so, and the practicalities of implementing DFP.
