摘要：Discusses outsourcing overseas (offshoring) as a global strategy to concentrate on core business and improve efficiencies of multinational companies. Offshoring implications on foreign direct investments are also discussed. Offshoring contributes to a greater dynamism and intensity in the professional services as a new feature of the global economy.
