其他摘要:This work retakes an investigation taken to effect in 2006 in order to analyze the television and mediatic consumption of countryside and suburban areas of the south of the State of Nuevo Leon, Mexico. In this article the social demand of the rural populations on state mass media is analyzed. The experiences of mediatic consumption are retaken to analyze them under the theoretical approach of Cultural Studies. The methodology of the base work was of qualitative type and by focused interviews and opinion polls. It is concluded that the hearings consume the media from their needs and according to social, cultural and economic factors, which conform the individual and social identities. From the point of view of state media, these can contribute to foment a communication channel with their hearings, in order to identify not only preferences in the hearings, but also needs of consumption and participation in mass media
