摘要：The study is focusing on the analysis of labour force employment in accordance with the employment program initiated by ANOFM. The data submitted to the reader’s attention are signifi cant and underline the effect of certain steps out of the said program, already implemented. The labour force employment is interpreted in tight connection with the unemployment evolution and, consequently, with the social protection. The study is pointing out a better employment as a result of the enforcement of the ANOFM actions program. The analysis is achieved both on an overall basis and by structures of the labour force (sex, age, qualifi cation, professions, categories of unemployed persons, regions of development etc.), aiming thus to underline the marginal effect of certain steps being taken. The statistics being used may give the impression of abundance but they are used only for strengthening the argumentation and the conclusions the authors have formulated.
