摘要：Employment is one of the most important factors of production, labor market has a special place in the competitive economy. Labor markets through salary adjusting by the supply and demand of manpower is a result of decisions made by the employers. The indicators play an important part of the central information system in the labor markets characterized by the different aspects - demographic, economic, educational-training, social potential of human society.
