- 摘要：Le manuscrit autographe de Bouvard et Pécuchet, inachevé, présente un système privé de signes, en attente de relecture pour l’édition, qui constitue un champ de réflexion intéressant pour l’étude de la ponctuation flaubertienne. Le manuscrit présente en effet une ponctuation partiellement suspensive, à valeur principalement rythmique, qui ne peut être imprimée telle quelle. Mais sur quels critères fonder les choix éditoriaux ? L’article s’interroge sur le statut d’un élément spécifique : le point-virgule, et tente d’expliciter ces choix, qui impliquent toujours, dans le cas de l’inachèvement, interprétation et décision singulière.

The autograph unfinished manuscript of Bouvard et Pécuchet presents a personal system of signs, prior to a future re-reading for publication. This provides an interesting field for the study of Flaubert’s punctuation. Indeed, the manuscript presents a partially suspensive punctuation, mainly rhythmic, which cannot be printed as it is. But on what criteria can we base editorial choices? This article studies the status of one specific element: the semicolon. We will try to elucidate these choices which for an unfinished work always involve interpretation and individual decisions.
