摘要：The transition period of Romania to Europe has encountered many major social problems, such as: economical collapse, poverty, unemployment, the traffic of drugs and human beings, the rise of divorce rate and homeless and abandoned children living in the streets. This paper presents some conclusions regarding the main aspects of the social phenomenos that occured in the Romanian transition society towards a major social and political change.
