摘要:During the last decades, psychological environment had increasingly became an inquiring question for researchers, because it has been demonstrated that there is a tight connection between psychological climate and work performance of hirers. Regarding these aspects and the fact that for a policeman, work environment and conditions, as well as perceptions and attitudes that he/she develops towards work are extremely important for himself/herself and the society. The methodology proposed by this paper can represent an utilitarian work instrument for the specialists in the field, focusing on increasing attitudes and work performance of the policemen.
