摘要：The coming up to a democratic system brought in discussion between other things the appearance, bringing up to date and the functionality of a whole mechanism of a social assistance. A problem which is yet in the incipient stage is the approaching of the demented syndrome and especially the Alzheimer type. The description of diagnose, the implication of the social assistant connected with the knowledge of the issue, with the relations with the diseased, his family and also with the creation of the relationship between diseased and his family. The associations and the foundations are an important element.
