摘要：We rather believe in a Roman hermeneutics of a comparative type, one which is to underline the background unifying tendencies, at a world scale, of the human development visions, of particular judicial cultures in parallel with the preservation and even development of interpretation and regulation syncretic forms into a new jus commune; a Roman-comparative law as a universal history of judicial ideas in which it is pointed out the transmutation of the concepts and meanings, the continuous metamorphosis of explanations, the reconciliation of apparently contradictory theories, without affecting the primary vision., the origin almost revealed of the great value constants of law: libertas sive voluntas, equitas, bona fides, officium pietatis erga proximos (autonomy of will, equity, good loyalty, neighbor love obligation).
