摘要:The central topic of the paper point to the way the Kantian moral philosophy was recovered in the analytical Anglo-Saxon literature and in bioethics during the half of the 20th century. Kant influenced some deontologists and intuitionists like Prichard, Ross, Rawls. After a short account of their ideas, we give a deeper argumentation about the way Kant influenced utilitarianism, particularly the universal prescriptivism that was envisaged by R.M. Hare. We focus on the idea that the Kantian moral doctrine and the utilitarian ethics are strongly compatible.
