摘要：In this paper was presented a way of identifying and determining the structure of 1-benzylpiperazine (BZP) from biological samples based on its metabolic products. The structure identification of each metabolite of BZP (PYP, BZA and BA) has been done by analyzing the mass spectra and fragmentation reactions of all these compounds. A retrosynthetic analysis for reconstruction of BZP molecule from its metabolic fragments, is presented. This method is general and could be used, in principle, for all drugs and toxics.
