摘要：The introduction of the Enterprise 2.0 philosophy is to make the companies more flexible by improving the collaboration between the employees. The real application of this concept doesn’t concern about a simple adoption of a new technology but a more complex change that involves all company’s sectors. Today, there is not a unique and well-know methodology to design this innovation inside the business process and applications. The collaboration aspects were not properly considered in the panorama of the traditional methodologies to model collaborative business applications. Thus, in this paper in order to fill this gap, we introduce a new methodological approach supported and explained through real case studies.
