摘要：La fiesta de la Cruz está entre las fiestas populares que han perdurado hasta la actualidad, y que incluso han cobrado auge en los últimos años. El artículo traza, en primer lugar, una perspectiva histórica de la fiesta. Luego, la sitúa en el marco del ciclo festivo anual. Finalmente, lleva a cabo una descripción etnográfica, señalando los aspectos evolutivos de la celebración.

After tracing the history of the fiesta, we it locate it within the framework of the annual festival cycle. Finally, we present an ethnographic description of the fiesta, pointing out the evolutionary aspects of the celebration.
