摘要：The article considers various models and ideas of educational environments and the place of notion «the educational environment» in pedagogics, studies mobility in the educational environment contextual characteristic via comparative analysis with models of educational environments, which are widely used in the pedagogical theory and practice. We give own definition of such notion as «the mobile educational environment» and show conditions of successful use of information educational technologies in the educational environment of higher education institution.
