摘要：In the article the issues of the day of gender mutual relations are expounded taking into account literary sources. Concepts are considered about gender approach at the creative collaboration of teachers of department with other scientists and teachers of institutes of higher of Ukraine and Russia on the example of department of medical biological direction. Functional description of this structural subdivision is thus given and methodical directions of foreign students are examined to the educational and scientifically-methodical process.
