摘要：Restoration is active rest out of production, educational, scientific and sporting activity. It is directed on forming, renewal, strengthening and maintainance of health of man. It brings pleasure from this measure. Physical restoration is active rest. During rest facilities, forms and methods of physical culture, are used. The basic functions of physical culture are used in this process: medical biological, social cultural (educate) and social biological. During restoration the reasonable beginning and continuity of the conducted measures is taken into account; complex stage-by-stage approach; unity of valeological, restoration measures; social orientation; medical pedagogical control and self-control.
