摘要：Influence of weight of burdening on biodynamic descriptions of jerk is rotined for the sportsmen of high qualification. The results of video of computer survey and their comparative description are presented. The biomechanics indexes of speed are studied. Spatial indexes are registered. Power indexes are analysed. Practical recommendations are offered on the improvement of technical trade of sportsmen in a jerk. It is set that sportsmen execute the last attempt mainly due to the power component of technique. A result is arrived at due to the increase of the enclosed efforts.
